The photo was taken this winter during one of the many snow storms we got. The photo has been photoshopped a little. All the color but red was taken out with a slight darking of the outside edges of the photo. Foot prints and a sewer cap were also removed. The photo was shot with a little point and shoot camera.
The Jeep is an 04 Rubicon with 3″ suspension lift combined with a 2″ body lift. It is your basic LSJC TJ package. Sheryl and I have been to Moab twice, Colorado once, and a couple times to Hot Springs with the club along with the local legal places.
It is an 83 CJ7, 258 six cyl., TF999 Auto, AMC 20and Dana 30, 4:10 gears, Detroit locked, 33in MTRs, Warn 8274 winch, 6 point cage, and twin sticked.
This picture was taken in Northwest Colorado last November on an Elk Hunt. We were at about 8500 feet, on the first two days it was 55 during the day and sunny, woke up the third morning to about two feet of snow and -5 degree temps. It was the coldest I had ever seen it while hunting. The snow was so deep it was hard to see the road in places, the Jeep did great, we did have to winch a couple of times, had a great time.
This picture was taken at the Jim Parker Memorial run at green acres, put on by mikegreen4×4.com. It’s on Jeff’s ledges. The villain is a slightly modified 93 yj, recent mods include but are not limited to; 5.13 yukons, lockrite and detroit, rcv shafts, 36” tsl sx’s, 4:1 and 2low. It would not be anything with out the advice and help from the great members and sponsers of this site. Thanks!

It was taken in 2009 at the Annual Jim Parker Memorial in Clayton, Ok. It was the first time my son Dustin had been to Clayton and this was one of the first trails we were on. I do not remember the name of the trail but we kept inching our way up. I did not figure we were going to make it up with the line we were on but at that point I wanted to see just how far we could go without flopping over. I knew we were pretty close but until I saw the picture I really did not know just how close we were. We backed back down and took a different line. Went right up almost without lifting a tire. Dustin said, “why didn’t you just take that line first”. My reply was “where’s the fun in that”.
The picture was taken at the Marine Run in Hot Springs this past November. The photo was shot between Sardine Ravine and Concrete Hill near Free Fall. A couple of us were exploring on Friday and were trying to get back to the parking lot before dark. There was a 180 degree turn below the picture taken. If you did not make it, you rolled down the hill on to the Millcreek Road.

About two years ago Jim and Katelyn Pierce were enjoying a trip with LSJC at the SuperLift Park in Hot Springs. Katelyn was driving and took a wrong line and their Jeep went end over end and the impact did a considerable amount of damage to the Jeep. Jim along with help from his friends rebuilt his 1999 Jeep Wrangler and decided to test his rebuilt Jeep on some trails in Clayton, Oklahoma.
Kurt Wobig testing his Jeep out on Twister at BMRA. He is famous for getting air but this time he almost over did it. Good thing Teresa wasn’t riding with him.
