GT8 Buggy Build
Got bored a few days ago, bought a new die for the bender (from Mike Green 4x4) and started bending some tubing I had laying around. I have about 8 hours of work into it, so we will have to see what it turns into.

Looking good! Can not wait for Mike to get back from his vacation. I am buying a bender from him when he does for my Scrambler project. Keep the updates coming.

You are going to the right person to get a bender! Mike has taken good care of my bending needs for years.
Tonight, an LS1 gets dropped in-between the frame rails for a test fit for the LS2 that wil live there soon. Ed

Got another hour and a half to mess with it tonight and bent and test notched a couple of the upper cage bars. I still need to fit them to square it up, but test fitting pictures look like this:
  The Recaro seats are not planned for the actual rig, I will get Beard suspension seats, and they will be about 2" thicker in the seat area, and mounted 3" higher. Ed

I rolled an LS1 inbetween the framerails on Sunday. Will fit great.
  Will actually mount the motor 2 1/2" higher for transmission clearance over the front links lower crossmember, but I have plenty of room. Ed
