Dies when stopping

My Cherokee is acting up and need some advise. It will idle fine just sitting still but when I drive it and come to a stop it dies? It will start right back up but its annoying. Any suggestions?

Clean the throttle body and idle air control motor and you should be fine. Might want to replace the throttle position sensor while your in there

I agree with these guys, but start simple. Make sure all of your vacuum hoses are connected and do not have any mid-line leaks. I had one that got a hole rubbed in it and caused a rough idle. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot if needed when I come look at your tires.

My TJ was doing the same thing. So...I pulled the air cleaner tube off the TB and sprayed carb cleaner down it, then I scrubbed it with a tooth brush and sprayed some more. It doesn't do it anymore and it took 5 minutes. My AIC was clean and yours may be as well. Do this and see if it works.
